Your question takes center stage
On-the-job coaching
By actively stepping into new situations, you discover how you respond to uncertainty and complexity. This is not a passive process, but a dynamic cycle of experiencing, reflecting, understanding and applying.
Learning where it happens
On-the-job coaching takes place tijdens in real work situations. I may join you during a one-to-one conversation, team meeting, presentation or another moment in which you want to develop your leadership. I am there to observe, not to take part or assess you.
Confidentiality always comes first. Anyone else present is informed beforehand about why I am there and that my role is purely supportive. Afterwards, we reflect on what happened together, or, if helpful, with the colleague or colleagues who were present.
Sometimes it works better not to be there during the situation itself. In that case, you have the conversation or meeting on your own, and we reflect on it together straight afterwards, either in person or online.
It takes courage to keep learning while you are leading. I support you throughout that process. By openly showing that you are working on your own development, you also set a powerful example for your team.
