As an Ashridge Accredited Coach and EMCC Global / NOBCO Senior Practitioner, I work from a foundation of strong psychological and didactic expertise. I place great importance on quality and adhere to high international professional standards, including the Ashridge Code of Conduct. Relational depth, power awareness, and professional integrity form the common thread throughout my work. I continuously invest in my professional growth through supervision, advanced training, and participation in (inter)national conferences.
Ashridge Accredited Coach
I obtained my international coaching accreditation through the Master of Science in Executive Coaching at Hult International Business School (Ashridge, England). This program is deeply rooted in psychological theory, relational sensitivity, and ethical awareness. Coaches are assessed on professional conduct, self-reflection, and their ability to facilitate complex learning and development processes within organisations.

The EMCC Global accreditation at Senior Practitioner level is an internationally recognized quality mark for experienced coaches. It focuses on professional competence, ethics, and ongoing development.
VU Certified Executive Coach & Team Coach
At Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, I completed two postgraduate programs focused on coaching in complex organizational settings and on group dynamics, collaboration, and interventions in team processes.
Hogan Assessor
I am a certified Hogan Assessor, qualified to administer and interpret various Hogan Personality Assessments, including the HPI (personality characteristics at work), HDS (derailers under pressure), MVPI (motives, values, and preferences), and LFS (leadership qualities).
CRKBO-Registered Lecturer
As a lecturer, I am registered with the Central Register for Short Professional Education (CRKBO) in the Netherlands.
