Welcome to April Learning

Learning is something I really enjoy.
I grew up in an environment where curiosity and imagination were encouraged, and that eagerness to learn is still evident in everything I do.

With a background in learning and development and over two decades of experience in vocational education, I bring a deep understanding of how people learn and grow to my work as an Ashridge Accredited Executive Coach at April Learning.

I am both sensitive and analytical. My love of art fuels my creativity and helps me open up new perspectives, especially in complex situations. I enjoy exploring scientific theories and research, making connections, and building a solid foundation for my work as a coach and designer of learning programmes. I follow new developments, such as the use of AI in coaching, with curiosity and an open mind.

Who do I work with?

I feel particularly at home working with professionals in IT and technical environments and have extensive experience in a wide range of organisational contexts. I connect easily and offer calm, clarity and patience, while also bringing attention to the emotional layer and underlying dynamics. My sensitive and analytical way of working helps bridge thinking and feeling, especially in complex work situations. I also have extensive experience supporting neurodivergent professionals.

Through my many years of experience in vocational education, I supported technically trained teachers and leaders and taught communication skills to students in IT and technical programmes.
